The demand of building permit clarifies the identity of the plaintiff(applicant), the identity and the quality of the author of the project, the situation and the surface of the ground, the identity of the owner if this last one is not the applicant, the nature of the works, the destination of the construction and the density of construction.

• a mass plan of the constructions to be built or to be modified esteemed in three dimensions,
• the plans of facades,

In very particular situations, the production of certain documents and the note is not necessary, it is the case if the construction answers simultaneously the following three conditions:
• be situated in the urban zone of the plan of occupation of the group made public,
• not be situated in a zone being the object of a particular protection in conformance with ancient memorials, of sites, of landscapes or of the protection of the architectural and urban holdings,
• do not justify the appeal to an architect to deposit the demand of building permit.

The official acceptance of work stays. Even there, we assist you and indicate you the possible reserves to be deposited in the statement of official acceptance of work. To finish, can us put deposit the declaration of completion of the works to the city hall of your future place of house.
What guarantees bring we?
