If you decide to confide us the realization of your project, you
will have to sign a contract of construction. A suspensive clause
relative to the obtaining of the building permit will be included
there.

The demand of building permit clarifies the identity of the plaintiff(applicant),
the identity and the quality of the author of the project, the situation
and the surface of the ground, the identity of the owner if this last
one is not the applicant, the nature of the works, the
destination of the construction and the density of construction.
• a plan of situation of the ground,
• a mass plan of the constructions to be built or to be modified
esteemed in three dimensions,
• the plans of facades,
• one or several sights in section clarifying the setting-up
of the construction with regard to the natural ground and indicating
the treatment planned by the outside spaces,
• two photographic documents at least allowing to place the
ground respectively in the close and distant landscape and to appreciate
the place which it occupies,
• a graphic document allowing to appreciate the insertion of
the project of construction in the environment, its visual impact
as well as the treatment of the accesses and the neighborhoods,
• a note allowing to appreciate the visual impact of the project,
• the study of impact when it is required.
In very particular situations, the production of certain documents
and the note is not necessary, it is the case if the construction
answers simultaneously the following three conditions:
• be situated in the urban zone of the plan of occupation
of the group made public,
• not be situated in a zone being the object of a particular
protection in conformance with ancient memorials, of sites, of landscapes
or of the protection of the architectural and urban holdings,
• do not justify the appeal to an architect to deposit
the demand of building permit.

- We allow you at first to conceive the plans of your house
in function your way of life, your family, your budget...
- Then, you can confide us the mission of delegated client,
more or less spread. We are able to assist you and to advise
you in the choice of materials and companies.
Other sector of the follow-up of the works consists in inspecting
regularly the construction site and in checking, by body
of state, the good progress of the operations. The demands of payment
which are presented to you by companies are aimed then systematically
by our company.
The official acceptance of work stays. Even there, we assist you and
indicate you the possible reserves to be deposited in the
statement of official acceptance of work. To finish, can
us put deposit the declaration of completion of the
works to the city hall of your future place of house.
What guarantees bring we?
We engage our professional responsibility (which is necessarily covered
by an insurance in case of disorders or of faults with
which we could be recognized responsible. This guarantee runs
10 years after the official acceptance of work for the damages which
compromise the solidity of the construction (it is the ten-year guarantee)
and 2 years after official acceptance of work for the defects affecting
equipments (it is the guarantee of good functioning).
